Insurance / Payment Information
Please note that if you have a dental insurance plan we will complete and submit your claim forms so that your insurance company will reimburse you according to the provisions of your policy. You will be responsible for all financial obligations incurred during treatment in our office, as we do not accept payment directly from insurance companies.
Detailed questions about your individual needs and insurance coverage should be discussed with Dr. Bichara, Wendy Walker his Office Manager, or his administrative staff and your insurance provider.
